Lemon olive oil comes to us from Sicily.

The mild and temperate climate in winter and the sunshine in summer offer the olive trees ideal conditions. The olives are picked by hand and then pressed along with the lemons.

The essential oils of the lemon zest mix with the oil, which makes it very aromatic. Little oxidized, it is very slightly acidulous. Lemon brings it freshness.
