Rare Tea Cellar commissioned a blend of first and second harvest green tea grown in Nishio, Japan to be stone ground into the perfect matcha powder. A favorite of many of the country’s top chefs, this high quality tea yields a vibrant bright green and naturally sweet infusion.

Water temperature: 180ºF
Brew tea directly water. Whisk well with Chasen (bamboo whisk) or stir rapidly with a kitchen whisk.
