We recommend one part Umami Shrub to two parts soda. Then spike with whiskey, vodka or gin. Also killer in a JAPANESE PALOMA with one part shrub, two parts Fresca and 50ml Tequila. Simple lemon or lime garnish. This is also very elegant with cognac.
