Pariani utilizes Walnut kernels of the "Lara" variety broken into quarters. They have a more delicate and sweet taste than other varieties and a rounded shape. Taking advantage of the seasonality of this nut, it is harvested green in late spring when the shell is not yet formed. Made with green walnuts, sugar, and  Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.  These walnuts are the perfect addition to desserts, a charcuterie board or even in a cocktail!  Try them in an Old Fashioned!
