This exceptionally rare high-mountain oolong, imported exclusively by Rare Tea Cellar, is limited to just 100 pounds annually. The secret behind its extraordinary flavor lies in a natural phenomenon: the tea trees are subjected to dramatic temperature shifts, plunging from 80°F to 20°F and then back to 80°F. This extreme fluctuation shocks the plants, enhancing the tea's distinctive character and imparting an outrageously rich, buttery shortbread profile. Often referred to as the "ice wine of the tea world," this oolong is available at only a handful of exclusive locations worldwide.
