Our wild dried Thai bananas are the mountain top of a banana experience.  This is the style of banana that existed before bananas were made to have a long held life ( and loss of true banana flavor)  Picked when almost over ripe and dried immediately make this "banana candy" a must for any pastry chef or mixologist.  The first banana we have ever found that will infuse into Alcohol( shines in Overproof Rum/ Bourbon/ Rye you name it!!) and when infused in hot water tastes like paradise - exotic banana infusion!!
