The five hour process requires patience but once the brewing is done the results are worthwhile. This is a masterpiece of design and functionality from Hario. The Hario Water dripper uses drop by drop percolation to produce remarkable cold tea. The infuser is able to watch the whole process through the borosilicate heat-resistant glassware. As the infusing process slowly (but surely) unfolds the user is able to control the speed of every single drop (ideally one drop per second). The water dripper has a very elegant design that makes a statement. The body is made of wood and the highest quality Hario glass. The water dripper design is nothing like you have ever seen before. It has a large brass at the top, tubes below that split into two and the faucets to control the water flow. At the bottom of those tubes you have the papers filters and the metal filter. Even lower there are two pots on a wood stand, where the delicious tea ends its journey.
