A tender rare first bloom from the Himalayan mountains.  Loaded with antioxidants and haunting muscatel flavor. This top lot of organically and biodynamically grown first flush Darjeeling was selected from hundreds of top lots grown in the Himalayan mountains for Rare Tea Cellar Inc. Each kilo of this tea is made up of at least 20000 hand-plucked shoots. The exclusivity and limited quantity of this tea is a result of the fact that Darjeeling bushes have a much lower yield than other types of tea and grow in extremely steep terrain, making it expensive to harvest and produce.
