Made from Rare Tea Cellar tea leaves that have been double smoked with ancient fallen Chinese trees. Think 'Dried Mountain Bonfire.' 

Use in place of simple syrup, just with a touch less to 'wake people up.' It's a mint twist. Smells savory, tastes sweet. Makes an incredible BBQ sauce or topping with Calvados or Applejack to vanilla gelato.
