KISHIBORI SHOYU is manufactured by Takesan Company. Takesan was established in early 20th century by Yoshiji Takebe. It is located on the small island of Shodoshima in the Seto Inland Sea, between the main Japanese island of Honshu and neighboring Shikoku.
