Made from the sweet raisins of hand-picked and air-dried Riesling grapes. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully laid out to dry naturally for months. The resulting raisins are pressed for the little amount of sweet juice inside. Then wine is made in the style of Amarone or a vin de curé. Next, vinegar is made in the traditional method, slow and temperature regulated to retain all the delicious flavours and aromas of the Riesling grapes. Bottle and oak aged for several years.
