Sakura Kyoto Cherry Blossom Simple Syrup 

  • 1 heaping teaspoon of Sakura Kyoto Cherry Blossom Tea
  • 12 oz. of Water
  • 4 oz. Superfine Cane Sugar

Take 1 heaping teaspoon of Sakura Kyoto Cherry Blossom Tea and infuse into 12oz. of boiling water. Brew for 5 minutes and pour out. Add 4oz. of sugar and cook (stirring constantly) until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat and cool completely before using. 

Cherry Blossom Cocktail 

  • 1 oz. Cherry Blossom Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz. Vodka, Gin OR Rum
  • Squeeze of Lime

Pour over ice and top with a splash of soda water 

Cherry Blossom Refresher 

12oz. Fresh brewed Sakura Kyoto Cherry Blossom Iced Tea. Add Cherry Blossom Simple Syrup to taste. Top with a splash of soda water (if desired). Garnish with fresh fruit.
