Mixed into brown spirits, the bitters will elevate a Manhattan or an Old Fashioned. Drop the bitters on to an ice ball to disperses enough truffle aroma to envelope the entire glass.  

We also recommend trying the bitters in a Bloody Mary, dropping them into a hollowed-out halved cherry tomato and letting the tomato slowly sink to the bottom, to gradually release the truffle flavor.
