Sicilian Wild Flower Chai - To create this tea we blend high mountain single estate teas from China, India, and Sri Lanka and age the blend for 30-60 days with fresh ground RTC chai spice; green cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, star anise and peppercorns. After curing, we mist the tea leaves with a rare wild Italian flower essence (Fiori di Sicilia) traditionally used by Italy's finest bakers for Panettone. A decedent and delightful chai!
