This hand harvested Japanese seaweed resembles wakame, but has a delightfully crunchier texture. Eaten cold, it is ideal as a colorful addition to sashimi or salads. It is very rare!

Serving suggestions: Season with soy sauce, sesame oil and black sesame seed. Can be used as a side dish or heated up in a miso broth.
