Our bourbon smoked sea salt is pure, solar-evaporated and domestically harvested from the Pacific Ocean. The large crystals are slow smoked in small batches by hand, using repurposed bourbon barrel staves.
Serving Suggestions: this smoked salt is very versatile. Use for fish, poultry or red meats.
